Privacy Policy

Finding a therapist means telling a stranger something private before you have any reason to trust them. This page is what we do with that.
What you tell us when you look for help
If you describe what is going on in order to be matched, that text is read by us to make the match and is shared with the practitioner you are matched to. It is not published, it is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
You can ask us to delete it at any time — see “Deleting your data” below.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and a hashed password or the identifier from the sign-in provider you used. We never receive your password from a third-party provider.
Booking details: which practitioner, when, the fee, and anything you write in the booking or in messages on the platform.
Payment: handled by our payment processor. We see the amount, the status and the last four digits — never your full card number.
Standard server logs, including IP address and browser user agent, kept for security and debugging.
Cookies
A session cookie when you are signed in, and preference cookies for choices such as language. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To match you with a practitioner, to run and remind you about your bookings, to take payment, to answer you when you write to us, and to keep the platform secure. If you opt in to email from us, every message can unsubscribe you.
Who else sees it
The practitioner you book — that is the point of the booking.
Our hosting, email and payment providers, under contract and only to run the service.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
What happens in a session is not ours
Sessions are between you and your practitioner. We do not record them, and what is discussed is covered by that practitioner’s own professional and legal obligations, not by this policy.
How long we keep it
Account and booking records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we must for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Free-text intake notes are deleted when you ask, or when you close your account.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to production data is limited to the people who operate the platform. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.
Deleting your data
Email support@everhealer.com and ask. We will delete your account and your data within 30 days, apart from records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you which those are.
Changes and contact
We will revise the “last updated” date above when this policy changes.
Questions or requests: support@everhealer.com.
