Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EverHealer (the “Platform”), operated by EverHealer (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or booking a session you agree to them.
1. What EverHealer is
EverHealer is a marketplace. We help you find a therapist, psychoanalyst or certified natural or spiritual practitioner, and we handle scheduling, reminders and payment. The care itself is provided by the practitioner you book, under their own licence, registration or certification — not by us.
We are not a healthcare provider, we do not supervise clinical judgement, and we do not give medical advice.
2. This is not an emergency service
EverHealer cannot help in a crisis. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself, or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your login safe, and be at least 18 to book for yourself. An adult must book on behalf of a minor and remains responsible for that booking.
4. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows
A booking is a commitment between you and the practitioner. Their cancellation window is shown before you confirm.
Cancel or reschedule outside that window and you are not charged. Inside it, or if you do not attend, the practitioner may keep the fee. Switching to a different practitioner costs nothing.
5. Payment
Session fees are shown before you book and are taken through our payment processor. We pass the fee to the practitioner less our service fee. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Practitioners on the platform
Practitioners apply, and we check the licence, registration or certification they claim before they are listed. Verification is a check of credentials, not an endorsement of any particular course of treatment, and it does not make us responsible for the care given.
Practitioners are independent. They are not our employees or agents.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use EverHealer to harass anyone, to misrepresent who you are, to solicit practitioners or clients off-platform in order to avoid our fees, or to post content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience.
8. Your content
Anything you write — intake answers, messages, reviews — stays yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store it, show it to the practitioner it is meant for, and publish reviews you choose to make public.
9. Confidentiality
What you tell a practitioner in a session is between you and them, governed by their professional obligations. What passes through EverHealer is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never sold.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where we need to in order to protect clients, practitioners or the platform.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that any practitioner, modality or session will produce a particular outcome, and nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EverHealer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of an independent practitioner. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
